Placing an Order
Browse our online store adding items to your shopping basket. After finishing, click on checkout and you will be taken through to our checkout process where you will enter some details in order to complete your order.
Orders can be placed by post or phone as well. However orders placed by post may be delayed because of delays with postal deliveries.
We accept payment via paypal or over the phone with credit/debit card. Unfortunately we are unable to accept electron over the phone.
Payment can be made by cheque made payable to Babybrite. Please allow 14 days for cheques to clear before the order will be dispatched.
Damaged or Wrong items received
Any items that are received damaged or incorrect goods must be reported to us within 24hours of receipt.
In the unlikely event that the package is opened or damaged when delivered and a signature is required on delivery, you must write that the package is damaged/opened on delivery slip and inform us within 24hours of receipt. If you do not a claim can’t be made with the courier and we would not be able to replace the items.
Cancellations & Returns
If you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed, you will need to inform us by telephone and email immediately. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after the date of receipt of the goods, without reason, for a refund on the costs of the products. Please be aware that postage and packing is not refundable.
Any items that are returned must be returned in their original packaging sealed and return postage is to be paid by the sender. All goods must be unused and in a re-sellable condition.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation and return of goods as detailed above.
The above will not affect your statutory rights.

Any complaints will receive a response within 5 working days. Please contact us on the above details if there are any issues.
